Sometimes, if i plug the power cord in too soon, i still ahve to wait for the aproximate 10-20 seconds to pass, before the computer power button, THE ONE AT THE FRONT works again. Then after approximatey 10-20 seconds i plug the power cord back in. At this point, out of fear of damaging computer components, i always unplug the computer. dots goes around approximately 2 or 3 times, the computer does a hard shut down sort of thing, where it does NOT immediately allow the computer start button to work. After the second time, it goes to screen where it shows the LOADING WHEEL/ / DOTS or whatevre it is called. Then it shows, and after approximately 5-10 seconds it goes to black screen and then back to boot / POST inital screen. It takes a few seconds for display to show POST / brand or inital screen, or whatever it is called. Working hypothesis, si due to the way, in which the problem presents itself. ![]() Most probable cause is the SSD, and more specifically a driver initialization failure. Motherboard has some damage, due to possible corrosion - Doubtful that the cause is the motherboard. SSD 1 Terabyte (I forget the specific specs - I think it was an 860 Evo) Computer instantly turned on, and then off) ![]() Then stopped working - Replaced with new PSU - Suddenly shut off probably due to water, then tried to immediately turn on again. PSU P750GM (Previously PSU due to circumstances, had probable power surge. Motherboard B450-HDV (There is 2 or 3 different types of these on pcpartspicker.
